Overview

Most of the people tend to carry stress in the muscles that elevate the arm’s soft tissue and shoulder blade to creep towards the ears. This happens due to sleeping posture, carrying something frequently on one shoulder, talking on the phone without a hands-free headset, or typing without having the forearms support can cause minor trauma and discomfort while turning your head.

How does it work?

Chronic spasms can cause levator scapulae and upper traps that often get glued together and creates discomfort during body movements. So to heal your soul from within, our therapist uses both the thumbs in the center of the wrist and pushes the muscle by gliding up the reflex pressure points which helps to loose the body constrictions and gives an amazing holistic experience by covering biceps, triceps, brachialis, brachioradialis, coracobrachialis and the extensor carpi radialis brevis. 

Session Includes

  • Eco-friendly and luxury ambience with soothing music at the background arranged with some dim lights and candles to give you holistic relaxation.
  • The therapist will cover biceps, triceps, brachialis, brachioradialis, coracobrachialis and the extensor carpi radialis brevis to treat muscles stiffness to relief from intense arm and shoulder pain, and also applies gentle pressure on reflex points using flattened hands and fingers to create friction between the hands and skin.
  • Moving down the second shoulder to the upper arm, the therapist will stroke upward from the elbow to the shoulder and also spend about half a minute on the upper arm before moving to the lower arm.
  • Then, the therapist will grasp the hand and elevate the arm forward, allowing you to move down from the wrist to the elbow with stroking movements.
  • You will be asked to stretch the hand and the therapist will pull gently on the fingers before shaking the arm lightly and return back to the arm.
  • Throughout the session, the therapist will maintain contact with you to move across the shoulders and repeats the sequence on the other arm. This process would take a total of 5 to 10 minute routine.
